  Dr. Sam Oyemade

  He is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

  He is a consummate accountant with more than 35 years’ experience in the industry; covering accounting set-up, audit/assurance, tax management, investment and management consultancy.

  He is also an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and has worked in other key positions as investment & fund manager, tax manager and financial & management consultant.

  He is vast in the use of electronic and ICT applications for processing of accounts and audit/risk assessment, as well as in management & tax consultancy.

  Ayoola Babalola

  He is a Partner and the Chief Operations Officer at SO&C

  Ayo is a Chartered Accountant with several years of experience in accounting, audit tax management and business consultancy.

  He has over 15 years of professional practice experience and with this coordinates all the department in the firm.

  Charles Asemokhai

  He is an Associate Partner and the Group Head, Tax Management & Compliance Services in SO&C.

  He holds a BSc. in Statistics from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate of Statistics.

  Charles is an accomplished credit and stock analyst with vast experience in tax compliance and management issues. He is a highly competent and reliable hand who brings a refreshing approach to his assignments and focuses on improving customer relationship and dissecting emerging markets.

  Peters Adeniyi

  He heads the Audit & Assurance Department at SO&C.

  He coordinates the activities of the department and ensure company resources are utilized effectively to produce exceptional results.

  A graduate of Accounting and an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Peter is highly resourceful and has sound understanding of International Accounting Standards(IAS) and International Standards of Audit (ISA).

  Oyindamola Okegbola

  She heads the Professional Standard Reporting and Monitoring Department (PSRM) at SO&C.

  Oyindamola analyzes and reviews reports to ensure compliance with standards and observe quality assurance.
  She is a graduate of Accounting from Bowen University, Iwo, and two Masters holders from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife & University of Ilorin (MBA in Finance and MSc in Accounting, respectively).

  She has sound knowledge of International Auditing Standards and is also an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
