The Integrated Recruitment Initiative

The internship scheme is part of our Integrated Recruitment Initiative (IRI) instituted for practical empowerment of accounting graduates in the labor market to improve their knowledge of accounting beyond academics to meet with the challenges presented by the evolving need for employment.

The rate at which workers abandon their jobs for greener pastures is quite alarming. Several companies are losing huge resources regularly, having invested in capacity building for such employees. When they are expected to settle down on the job to justify the investment in them, they abandon the job for another, at short or no notice at all.

It is against this backdrop that we came up with the Internship Scheme to meet the need of the companies at such a critical time. Every intern in our database is a product of the Grace Finishing School whose mindset has been developed to conform to the reality of work environment.

Specialized & Practical Training

GFS (Recruitment + Training) operates a specialized and practical based training programme for accounting graduates to equip them with practical accounting operations.

Our fee is a token of ten thousand Naira (N10, 000) which covers our administrative expenses. The internship exercise will span for a period of 6 months.

However, if the company decides to offer the intern full employment status upon completion of the 6 months, you will be charged a recruitment fee which is 10% of the candidates new annual salary stated in the letter of appointment. The initial payment of an administrative fee of ten thousand (N10, 000) will be deducted from the recruitment fee.
